Quality, Choice, And Service Remain Top Priorities for Consumers.

The pandemic may have caused consumers to tolerate the cutbacks in product lines and poor customer service, but now that’s no longer the case.  According to the latest Global Consumer Insight Pulse Survey, companies that have overcome these challenges are going to reap the rewards. 

In 25 countries, over 9000 consumers were surveyed, with the most influential factors being the rising price of groceries, followed by Supply Chain Issues, Omnichannel experiences, and ESG concerns.
